Healing Chronic Pain Through Community
Chronic pain affects the body, mind, and spirit, which all need to be addressed for true healing. We believe that the journey to healing is more meaningful and longer lasting when done in community instead of being isolated with a health care practitioners.

Daniel has been a licensed physical therapist for 10 years specializing in chronic pain. He loves empowering people to understand their pain, feel safe in their bodies again, and progress towards living the life they've always wanted to live but felt they couldn't.

Lisa Rincon, LCMHC
Mental Health Therapist
Lisa has a passion for helping people better understand the connection between the brain, body, and emotional well-being. Her clinical work is grounded in trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches and emphasizes practical tools for nervous system regulation, resilience, and meaningful change. She currently works as a therapist in a private practice and is an adjunct instructor for the psychology department at Utah Valley University.Â
